Position: Senior Accounting Manager (IPO Process) 

Report to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the accounting operations for a food manufacturing business, ensuring compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and relevant food industry regulations.
Manage a team of 12 accounting professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous development.
Direct the full IPO process, including coordination with SEC, external auditors, legal counsel, and investor relations, with a focus on manufacturing-specific financial disclosures.
