Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Senior Finance Manager at Refine Finance. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for full‑cycle accounting, overseeing financial operations, providing strategic financial insights, managing risk, ensuring compliance, and making data‑driven decisions. This role is located in Toronto, ON, with some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

Full-cycle accounting experience is a must

Experience in financial reporting, risk management, and compliance

Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, forecasting and budgeting

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience with AI-driven financial tools

CPA or CFA certification is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
