Senior Accounting Supervisor

• Supervise daily accounting operations (General Ledger, AP, AR, Payroll, Fixed Assets)
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns (BIR, VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, alphalists, etc.)
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Monitor cash position, bank reconciliations, and fund availability
• Lead, train, and mentor accounting staff
• Review team outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Strengthen internal controls to minimize financial risks and errors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance
• At least 4–5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
