Senior Accounts Assistant

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude

Responsibilities

• WL Great is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, hands-on, and looking to grow in a stable working environment.
• Handle full set of accounts / partial accounts (AP, AR, GL)
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules
• Manage invoicing, payment processing and bank reconciliation
• Assist in budgeting, audit and tax matters
