About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at Esram Metals (M) Sdn Bhd, based in Beranang, Selangor. As an Accounts Executive, In this role, you will be responsible for managing a full set of accounts, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Job Description:

• Manage Full Set of Accounts.
• Manage and maintain balance sheets, ensuring they are reconciled on a monthly basis.
• Oversee the preparation and timely completion of daily reports.
• Prepare, review, and monitor all payments issued by the company.
• Handle the E-Invoicing Process.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Liaise with external parties, including Bankers, Auditors, and Suppliers, on relevant financial matters.
