Senior Accounts Executive, Fixed Assets (Contract to Perm)

• Manage end-to-end fixed asset processes, including asset additions, transfers, and retirements , with timely and accurate documentation.
• Maintain a complete and accurate fixed asset register monthly , ensuring proper classification, capitalization, and tracking of all assets.
• Perform reconciliation of fixed asset data between operational systems and accounting systems, resolving discrepancies and ensuring data integrity.
• Calculate and record monthly depreciation , reviewing useful lives and ensuring compliance with company policy and accounting standards.
