Job description

Responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements. Provide accounting and financial support to Management, HQ teams, and all outlets to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

A)    Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage the full set of accounts, including monthly closing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Perform timely month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Review and prepare accurate financial statements and provide financial analysis to Management.

B)    Budgeting, Controls & Compliance

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth.
• Manage statutory payments (e.g. SST, EPF, SOCSO, PCB) and ensure timely compliance.
