Senior Accounts Executive (Outsource)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

• Manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients as their outsourced accountant
• Handle daily accounting, payroll, and GST filings
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Compile unaudited financial statements (SFRS)
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Support clients on finance operations and reporting needs

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA
• 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in outsourced firms)
• Able to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.

Working Location: Lavender

Working Hours: 5 days work week (Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500
