Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire accounts payable function such as key-in invoice, payment arrangements, AP reconciliation, AP aging management and staff claim
• Liaise with commercial and procurement team on the disputes and discrepancies invoice and other related supporting documents
• Handle daily operation matters
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• To prepare monthly project summary report and monitor the project performance
• Perform various operational variance analysis and identify root cause of variance
• Support corporate exercise and backup finance operation team
• Assist yearly audits
• Able to handle full set of accounts is an added advantage
• To perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
• 5 years working experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage
