Senior Account Executive ( Account Receivable)

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Account Receivable activities such as customer invoicing and billing, cash application, AR reconciliation, and journal booking.
• Responsible for Treasury activities such as managing cash, managing in-house, bank accounts, cash flow budgeting, and cash reports.
• Handle E-invoice and SST
• Assist with customer inquiry handling and internal service user inquiries.
• Assist with payment arrangements.
• Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounts.
• Required skill(s) : SQL Accounting System, Microsoft Excel
• Able to work in fast-paced working environment
• Willing to work at Setia Alam, Selangor
