Senior Accounts Officer, Accounts Payable

The role of the Accounts Payable involves providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organisation. The role is
to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices

Senior Accounts Officer duties and responsibilities are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties
and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

The Senior Accounts Officer shall be assigned duties in Shared Services

• Processing supplier’s invoices, staff claims and intercompany invoices;
• Preparing monthly creditor reconciliations and audit schedules;
• Preparing weekly cashflow forecast to meet payments;
• Maintenance of vendor master;
• Month-end and year-end closing;
