JOb Purpose

Compile and analyze expense reports, maintain and share the Personnel cost headcount (FTE) tracker with relevant teams, and support budgeting and forecasting activities through data preparation and coordination. Recording and reviewing accounting entries in QuickBooks, including relocation related transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare expense reports within agreed timelines, supported by proper documentation and clear financial analysis.
• Prepare the monthly Indirect Cost report and regularly monitor actual indirect costs against the approved budget.
• Record monthly indirect cost and relocation related accounting entries accurately in QuickBooks.
