Job Description

A leading insurance organization is looking to hire an experienced actuarial professional to support the growth of its Group Benefits business. This role will act as a key contributor to pricing strategy and work closely with underwriting, product, and sales teams to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pricing strategy across group life, disability, and health products, including methodology enhancement and assumption setting
  • Analyze experience trends (e.g. claims, profitability, lapse, rate guarantees) and provide insights on emerging issues
  • Review and enhance experience rating frameworks and governance processes
  • Maintain and improve pricing tools and rate calculators to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Provide pricing guidance on discounting, special quotes, and ad hoc requests
  • Support reporting and analysis related to profitability and performance metrics
