Your Tasks

Legal Advisory

• Provide (in coordination with the Group Legal Counsel) legal advice and support to the departments within the Company and Group
• Advise management on legal, regulatory, insurance and compliance matters affecting the Company’s operations and take care for adherence/fulfilment after having received alignment with the management and/or the Group Legal Counsel.

Contracts and Documentation

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on commercial contracts, agreements, correspondence and other legal documents to safeguard the interests of the Company, taking into account internal guidelines.
• Review and analyse commercial transactions to identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
• Ensure all legal documents are properly vetted, approved and executed in accordance with internal policies.
