This role sits within Laurentian Bank. The incumbent is responsible for the daily administration, processing, and reconciliation of Banking products in accordance with Laurentian Bank’s standards, policies, and procedures. The incumbent also maintains and updates reports and addresses internal and external client inquiries regarding the products, providing a consistent level of superior customer service.
