Senior Advance Quality Planning (AQP) Engineer

Your Job

As an Advanced Quality Planning Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring a flawless product launch for new and modified products within our CMS Business Unit – Networking Segment. You will partner closely with Product Development and Manufacturing teams to develop and execute robust Quality Plans that meet customer expectations in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

This position is based in our Philippines manufacturing facility.

Our Team

You will be part of a dynamic, cross‑functional environment—working closely with Product Design Engineers, Manufacturing/Process/Tooling teams, Project Managers, MQA teams, Suppliers, and Customers.

Reporting to the BU AQP Supervisor, you will contribute directly to continuous improvement, risk reduction, and plant readiness for new product launches.
