The Senior Advisor, Conflicts Management, BMO Ethics Office is an individual contributor reporting to the Director, Ethical Culture & Anti‑Corruption. The role provides expert, enterprise‑wide advisory support on conflicts management and ethical business conduct and is accountable for the governance of BMO’s enterprise conflicts management program. The Senior Advisor delivers senior‑level advice aligned with BMO’s Code of Conduct, enterprise objectives, and risk appetite, acts as an ambassador for ethical culture, and supports key areas of the Ethics team, including Conduct Risk, Anti‑Corruption, and Speaking Up.
