We are currently seeking our next Senior Advisor, Global Compensation who will serve as a key individual contributor providing strategic guidance and governance on global compensation programs and workforce data. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources and HSE, this role partners closely with HR and Finance to support alignment across compensation strategy, financial planning and workforce forecasting. Acting as a subject matter expert, the role enables informed decision-making through reliable data, thoughtful analysis and scalable processes supporting compensation strategies that attract, incentivize and retain talent.
