Senior Advisor International Partnerships - Maritime Security Ecosystem

Maritime security and dual-use is one of Southwest Finland’s strategic priority sectors, and the Turku region is one of the most significant maritime security clusters on the Baltic Sea and within the NATO area. We are now looking for a Senior Advisor to lead the structural international partnership work of the Maritime Security Ecosystem — connecting Finland’s maritime security and dual-use industry to European peer clusters, EU and alliance-level institutional networks, and the industrial ecosystems of Northern European prime contractors.

The role is dependent on project funding, which is currently pending. The position is a fixed-term, full-time assignment for the duration of the project (Oct 1st 2026 – Sept 30th 2028, 24 months).
