Description

As the Senior Advisor in the Learning, Education and Development (LED) team, you will play a key role in partnering and consulting with stakeholders across Wellington Free Ambulance (WFA) to analyse capability development needs, and work with the wider LED team to design, develop, deliver and evaluate effective capability development programmes and initiatives. Your strategic input will ensure our people have access to exceptional learning, education and capability support that meets the highest standards, supports a thriving and dynamic workforce, contributes to WFA providing leading edge patient care and being a great place to work.
