We are seeking a dynamic and skilled person to lead our efforts in research, knowledge building and strategic partnerships within supply chains that are commercial drivers for deforestation.
This role will focus on knowledge building and research within commercial drivers for deforestation, and serve as a thematic expert on one, or a few, commodities.
The rising demand for different commodities such as palmoil to be used in biofuels poses a significant threat to tropical rainforests, making this role critical as deforestation remains a pressing issue on the global agenda. This position requires strategic engagement with both policy and commercial actors, and the ability to foster partnerships that enhance our research and advocacy efforts.
