As a Senior Advisor responsible for training, skills development and quality control, you ensure continuous development of the team’s skills by designing and delivering training, providing individual and group coaching and implementing robust quality control mechanisms. You serve as a subject matter expert in practice optimization, support continuous improvement and help maintain a high level of performance and operational consistency.
