Senior Advisor – Design & Implementation, Commissioning and Service Improvement (CSI), National Office

We are offering 3 full‑time permanent positions (one focused on family violence and sexual violence operational improvement) and one 12‑month fixed‑term position.

We are seeking senior advisors to join the Design and Implementation team within Commissioning and Service Improvement (CSI). This is a varied role focused on analysing new legislation, policy or complex business problems, assessing options and designing improvements across courts, tribunals and the wider justice sector. The successful applicant will lead and contribute to meaningful projects and initiatives by determining what needs to be done and driving solutions to completion.
