Cymax Group Technologies is looking for a Senior AI Automation Developer to build agentic AI systems that go beyond single‑prompt responses, translating defined requirements into reliable, production‑ready solutions with minimal hand‑holding.

Worksite: 2 days in the Vancouver office and remote for the rest of the week.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI workflows: multi‑step, tool‑using, autonomous pipelines that handle business processes end‑to‑end.
• Architect and orchestrate multi‑agent systems, managing state and memory, and creating human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints.
• Integrate frontier AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Meta Llama, etc.) into automated pipelines.
• Build and extend RPA flows using Microsoft Power Automate and connect them to broader agentic pipelines wherevalue exists.
