Publicis Sapient is looking for an innovative Full Stack AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and modern web development . In this role, you will design and deliver end-to-end intelligent applications , integrating advanced AI systems into scalable, user-centric solutions that help our clients build what matters Your Impact
  • Design and implement AI/ML models, with a focus on:
    • NLP and transformer-based architectures
    • Integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, or open-source alternatives
    • Implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
  • Conduct fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation to optimize solutions
  • Develop agentic AI workflows for autonomous task execution in enterprise use cases
