Senior AI Engineer

Overview

Join Crown Digital’s Global R&D Center to lead the AI brains behind Ella 2.0, our next-gen robotic barista. You’ll architect multi-agent systems, integrate LLMs, and drive real-time intelligence for robots deployed in the real world.

Responsibilities

• Design & deploy modular multi-agent systems and a central Guardian Agent
• Integrate LLMs and multi-modal models (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) on edge devices
• Optimize for real-time, low-latency deployment with quantization, LoRA, and fallback logic
• Mentor AI engineers, lead R&D roadmaps, and set best practices
• Collaborate across motion, robotics, and software teams

Requirements

• 5+ years in AI/ML systems, strong in Python & systems architecture
• Experience with LangChain, Autogen, crewAI, or custom agent frameworks
• Skilled in LLM deployment (ONNX, TensorRT, Jetson, RTX, ARM)
