Title: Senior AI Engineer

Duration: 12 months extendable contract

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: Healthcare Industry (must)

We are seeking to augment our core project team with world-class external talent for an initial engagement of 12 months, with the potential for extension. All candidates must possess a background in the healthcare industry and have over one year of hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions based on the agentic AI paradigm and LLMs.

Role

• Hands-on development of the AI agents and conversational systems that form the core of the project. These engineers will be responsible for prompt engineering, building and fine-tuning agentic workflows, and integrating with various data sources and service APIs (e.g., EMRs, scheduling systems, lab results).
