In 2023, it was announced that Massive Entertainment is leading the development of Tom Clancy's The Division 3. While we cannot unveil any details about the third entry in the series at this time, we are actively recruiting for the project. 
We are looking for an experienced AI Designer, to join one of Massive Entertainment’s exciting IPs. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with design leads, directors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality enemy NPCs that elevate a world-class combat experience.
What you'll do
Working closely with design leads and combat designers to conceptualize and refine NPC archetypes aligned with the core combat loop vision
Implementing and refining high-quality combat NPC behaviors using node graphs and behavior trees.
Working directly in the Snowdrop game engine to script, tweak, and fine-tune NPCs, while contributing to the continuous improvement of NPC-relate...
