Senior AI Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities

· Assist leadership in shaping the enterprise AI strategy by providing practical input from the field while ensuring alignment with business outcomes and risk posture.

· Coordinate end-to-end implementation of AI initiatives across business and engineering, including detailed rollout plans, timelines, communications, and stakeholder alignment.

· Facilitate adoption through awesome communications & networking, structured change management, a champions network, office hours, and feedback loops; remove blockers and drive consistent practices across teams.

· Establish and run centralized intake and prioritization workflows for AI initiatives, ensuring proposals are evaluated for business impact and technical feasibility.

· Develop high-quality training materials (playbooks, guides, documentation) and deliver engaging training presentations (workshops, roadshows) tailored to business and engineering audiences.
