Job Description

We are looking for a Senior AI Researcher to join our AI Centre of Excellence at Manulife Asia, based in Singapore. The focus will be on pioneering insurance-related research in collaboration with academic and industry partners, building prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs) for insurance use cases, and publishing technical papers and blogs about Manulife's innovative work in AI. As the champion of AI for Manulife, you will leverage your deep domain expertise to advance our AI capabilities and influence the future of insurance technology.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborative Research: Work with academic and industry partners to identify and execute research projects that push the boundaries of AI in the insurance sector.
Prototype Development: Develop prototypes and POCs utilizing state-of-the-art AI research work to address key challenges in insurance, with a focus on enhancing customer experience, underwriting, and claims processing....
