We need a heavyweight Python Engineer who can architect multi-agent workflows and custom MCP servers.

The Mission

• Architect Agentic Flows: Design Plan → Act → Critique loops and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) orchestration.
• Master the Context: Build custom MCP servers , context compression, and structured JSON outputs.
• Production-Grade RAG: Implement hybrid search, query rewriting, and grounded citations.
• Scale & Safety: Deploy via FastAPI/Kubernetes with robust guardrails, PII-safe logging, and cost optimization.
