Senior Airside Product Manager, CSAME CHVAC

**Role Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and execute the regional product strategy and long‑term roadmap for Airside products (includes decision to develop in-house vs ODM vs. acquire). Understand manufacturing footprint and capabilities required to succeed with an in-house strategy.
+ Conduct market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and customer VOC across all major markets in AME Region. Develop local strategies to cater to market needs incl. ODM if required.
+ Ensure compliance with regional regulatory standards, energy codes, IAQ requirements, and certifications.
+ Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), while supporting the sales organization with product positioning, sales tools and trainings. Ensure sales tools and teams are adequately trained to be able to position our products well.
+ Manage product lifecycle & obsolescence roadmaps.
