Job Description
The Amazon Customer Experience System (ACES) team in JP Amazon Logistics (AMXL) is seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead end-to-end process design and optimization across our rapidly expanding Heavy & Bulky logistics network. This is a unique early-stage opportunity to build processes from zero, spanning SCM, First Mile, and Middle Mile operations, rather than simply improving existing frameworks. You'll establish PMO governance, design management mechanisms, and create standardization frameworks that will become the foundation of AMXL Japan's operational excellence. This role drives organizational execution excellence for large-scale programs with direct impact on business strategy and customer experience through project prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and standardization.
