**Primary Function**

+ **Business retention, Value Expansion and provide level 1 support to improve customer** experience, ensure the retention rate to achieve the revenue and get profitability

**Major Responsibilities**

**Maintain current customer relationship:**

+ Provide 1st line service and support to maintain firm relationship with customers
+ Introduce Abbott Molecular assays, applications, and systems to both internal and external customers
+ Plan and conduct customer visiting to provide new product information and gather request from customers.
+ Manage customer relationship and thoroughly plan, prepare, and follow up customer visits (pre-call plan, post-call)

**Deliver Sales Growth:**

+ Execute country sales strategies to drive existing customer business and protect base business
+ Renewals of most of the assigned accounts (adhering to standard renewal procedures)
