HRIS transformations in the Talent domain require dual expertise in HR business and HRIS functional capabilities. This role is aimed at an experienced Senior Talent BA Consultant.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Talent BA Consultant (M/F), you contribute to the following engagements:

• Functional advisory and support across one or more Talent domains (onboarding, recruitment, mobility, training, performance, compensation, competencies, talent review)
• Business and functional UAT management
• Change management: operational delivery of the change management strategy
• Solution deployment and post-deployment support
• Operational efficiency optimisation through HR data management
• Process modelling
