Senior Analyst, Ancillary Revenue (6-month temporary)

In collaboration with the Head of Ancillary Revenue, the role contributes to maximizing ancillary revenue, a key performance lever for the organization. The person analyzes the performance of existing products, identifies growth opportunities, and actively participates in the development, pricing, and evolution of fare families.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Optimize existing ancillary products (seat selection, baggage, onboard sales, upgrades, etc.).
• Analyze sales performance and recommend short- and long-term improvement strategies.
• Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and new products.
• Lead and optimize the buy-up strategy between different fare families.
• Improve fare family architecture to strengthen value proposition and increase conversion.
• Develop, track, and interpret performance indicators related to ancillary revenue. ...
