About the Role 

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a driven and commercially astute Senior Analyst – Capital Transactions to join QIC’s successful Real Estate division. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering real estate transactions across QIC’s diversified portfolio of retail and office assets. 

You will support the full transaction lifecycle — from market analysis and financial modelling through to due diligence and execution — working closely with senior stakeholders across Capital Transactions, Funds Management, Investment Management, Development and external partners.
