•Analysis of category performance and development of insights across assortment supply gap, identification of growth areas and trends within categories to develop action plans and overall execution with the local commercial team.
• Execute and manage programs related to category operations, ensuring timely delivery and meeting of performance targets.
• Develop and maintain of dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to relevant teams.
• Work with senior management team to develop and implement assortment/category strategies to optimize overall assortment supply and health across categories, drive sales conversion and overall revenue growth.
