Senior Analyst Costing & Accounting

**What you’ll do:**

Partner with **Plant Manager, Finance Controller, and plant leadership** on financial implications of operating strategies, cost control actions, and key business decisions.Analyze and evaluate **operating and manufacturing results** , drive productivity improvement, and recommend corrective actions for unfavorable variances.Perform **financial analysis, simulation, and cost modeling** for new products, quotations, intercompany transfer pricing, and profitability assessment.Own **monthly financial close** , account reconciliations, reserve adequacy, and financial reporting integrity; ensure timely closure and compliance with Eaton requirements.Lead **cost accounting processes** , including standard cost maintenance, burden rate development, cost roll‑ups, variance analysis, and verification of production cost allocations.Ensure **inventory accounting accuracy** across locations, including physical inventory audits, cycle counts, E&O review, DOH cal...
