This role is part of the Courier Pay & Optimization team, within the Delco Logistics department. The Delco (delivery by courier) delivery model is a network of self-supporting delivery contractors across global markets.
As the Courier Pay Optimization Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in developing a comprehensive approach to courier pay. You will be responsible for data insights to drive short-term tactical changes and contributing analysis to support the long-term pay strategy.
