Overview:

RTX Corporation, a leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DT Data Analyst to join our team in India. The successful candidate will focus on model management activities within the ServiceNow platform, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital technology operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Management: Maintain hardware & software model records within the ServiceNow platform to support various business processes and requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Data Clean-up : Perform an analysis of all Model records in the ServiceNow platform and determine duplicates, models without assets associated, etc.… Work with AM team to perform cleanup and streamline the records.
