The successful candidate will focus on model management activities within the ServiceNow platform, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital technology operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Model Management: Maintain hardware & software model records within the ServiceNow platform to support various business processes and requirements.
Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Data Clean-up: Perform an analysis of all Model records in the ServiceNow platform and determine duplicates, models without assets associated, etc.… Work with AM team to perform cleanup and streamline the records.
