Senior Analyst, Finance

As part of a growing team that supports 700+ e-commerce brands, you'll play a critical role in shaping how we plan talent, manage spending, and support continued expansion.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead the development of headcount, utilization, and workforce capacity models.
• Forecast external staffing demand based on client growth and recruitment metrics.
• Review company spending, highlight key variances, and propose cost-efficiency strategies.
• Partner with senior leadership during budget creation and quarterly reforecasts.
• Build financial models that help translate operational realities into financial outcomes.
