Senior Analyst- Financial Planning & Analysis

RESPONSIBILITIES: Weekly estimate reporting: Update and maintain the weekly estimate file, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of the latest business outlook.

FX rate maintenance: Monitor and update FX rates and other key assumptions required for reporting and planning cycles.

System reconciliation and data integrity: Perform reporting system reconciliations (e.g., OneStream) and ensure consistency between source data, reporting files, and FP&A outputs.

Flash and month-end close support: Support flash reporting and month-end close activities, including preparation of trial balance data and mapping into FP&A reporting format to enable variance analysis by the broader FP&A team.

Management reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly management reports, including MBR materials, with clear commentary on key movements, risks, and opportunities.
