SENIOR ANALYST FP&A

We are seeking a talented individual to join our FP&A team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in México city. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Senior Analyst - FP&A will be responsible for providing trusted financial and strategic advice to drive business growth and profitability.

We will count on you to:

• Analyzes basic financial data and conducts quantitative analyses to support sound and defensible recommendations.
• Reviews financial planning information and reports, making recommendations for changes to management.
• Assists in the month‑end close process by preparing reports, researching general ledger activities, and analyzing variances to budget and prior year.
