Senior Analyst, GA Transfer Management Group

This role supports Manulife’s global investment operations by managing the full lifecycle of cash and asset transfers. You’ll ensure timely settlements, accurate reconciliations, and smooth coordination with custodians, Portfolio Managers, clients, and internal teams. This position will help you strengthen your technical expertise, improve transfer processes, and build strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Position Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the full lifecycle of transfers within the Transfers Origination Automation System (TOA).

Ensure timely settlement of transfers and accuracy of updates across downstream systems, including SimCorp Dimension (SCD).

Coordinate transfer‑related activities with custodians, Portfolio Managers, clients, and various internal business units (Treasury, Compliance, Market Risk, Accounting, etc.).
