Senior Analyst - HRIS Reporting

Overview

Under the direction of the HRIS Function Manager for Reporting, the HRIS Reporting Senior Analyst concentrates on developing and designing employment related reporting solutions and data analytics to create efficiencies, assist, and meet regulatory requirements for the Human Resources Operations Team. The HRIS Reporting role is responsible for delivering end-to-end reporting solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop meaningful, accurate reports.
