Senior Analyst - Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

**Reports to:** Senior Manager, HRIS

As a Senior Analyst HRIS, you will support the global HR systems landscape, with a primary focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Core HR processes as well as deliver a seamless, consumer-like employee digital experience while ensuring data accuracy, security, and system stability across the employee lifecycle.

You will also serve as a subject matter expert for Core HR technologies, supporting global HR operations through configuration, optimization, and ongoing system support. This role plays a critical part in translating business requirements into scalable HR system solutions that align with Newell’s global HR strategy and values of **Integrity** , **Teamwork** , **Passion for Winning,** **Ownership** , and **Leadership** .
