The Markets Securities Services Data Ops Instrument is a shared service organization located in Bangalore and Colombo that provides enterprise reference data information across the HSBC Group. The role supports marketing, securities services, and private bank entities across Asia‑Pacific, Europe‑Middle East, Middle East‑North Africa, and the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage enterprise reference data maintenance and pricing for asset classes such as Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and FX.
• Manage market data feeds, both end‑of‑day and real‑time, sourced from third‑party vendors and HSBC internal systems.
• Process customer instructions accurately to meet agreed quality standards and targets.
• Proactively suggest and design improvements to process workflows.
• Identify and escalate common errors or irregular transactions in accordance with procedures.
