The Senior Analyst, Markets Sales Support, plays a pivotal role in enabling Global Markets Sales teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. Sitting within the Markets Client & Sales Solutions Group (CSSG), the role provides high quality pre trade and post trade support, ensures smooth trade lifecycle execution, and drives continuous improvement across processes, controls, and client engagement. The role partners closely with Sales, Operations, COO teams, and various internal stakeholders globally to deliver consistent, client centric outcomes and ensure adherence to regulatory and operational risk standards.
